As a spiritual professional offering psychic mediumship, Reiki healing, and a range of holistic therapies, I commit to providing my services with integrity, care, and dedication. This policy outlines the ethical principles, professional boundaries, and spiritual responsibilities /core values that guide my practice.

Professional Standards and Responsibility

I uphold a high standard of service in all areas of my practice, striving to offer meaningful, respectful, and healing experiences for my clients.

I hold valid professional insurance provided by Balens that covers the services I provide.

I take responsibility for maintaining a clean, energetically aligned, and safe healing space. for myself, my clients, and the spirit world.

I engage in ongoing training, development, and reflective practice to continually deepen my skills, knowledge, and spiritual awareness.

I am committed to my own personal and spiritual healing work, ensuring I serve from a grounded, clear, and sincere and empathic space.

Scope of Practice and Limitations

I am not a licensed medical doctor, counselor, psychologist, or financial advisor. My services do not replace medical, legal, or psychological treatment, and if i feel that the client will benefit from these services i will stop the service that i am providing and lead my client to a reputable professional who can assist them.

Clients are responsible for their own life choices and actions. I provide guidance and insight, but ultimate responsibility lies with the individual. as readings by law are for entertainment purposes only and have an age limit of 18 .

Any advice or information shared in a session is offered in good faith and should be considered with discernment and personal judgment.

Ethical Integrity and Legal Awareness

I work ethically within the limits of my knowledge and abilities, ensuring that I do not offer services beyond my qualifications, if it is beyond my knowledge or qualifications then i will seek or advise the client to find a reputable professional who can assist them.

I take careful and conscious consideration of how I fulfil my legal obligations and local regulatory requirements related to my work.

I maintain clear professional and personal boundaries, always seeking to avoid conflicts of interest and dual relationships that may impair objectivity or trust.

Client Agreement and Confidentiality

Clients are asked to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before working with me. This helps ensure mutual understanding of the nature, limits, and structure of our work together.

I maintain a high standard of confidentiality, holding sacred what is shared during sessions unless required by law or safety concerns.

I distinguish clearly between spiritual direction and other forms of supportive relationships such as counseling or coaching. I aim to ensure that clients understand what I offer and the type of support available.

I anchor my work in the following core spiritual values:

Sincerity – Honesty in my intention and consistency between intended and what is done.

Discernment – The ability to perceive truth with spiritual clarity in my own spiritual life.

Empathy – Deep understanding for each soul’s journey and showing compassion and communicating understanding of their experiences from that person's perspective.

Humility – Acknowledging and recognizing my own strengths, limitations and self-worth, I am only a vessel and not the source of healing and can only give the client what comes through in a reading, spirit will always give the client what they need and never what they think they need.

Care – Tenderness and conscientiousness in my work and conduct, if there are ever any concerns then please feel free to express and we will come to a mutual understanding.

Courage – Willingness to face truth and guide others through transformation and having the courage to know the limits of my work and to be able to express my thoughts in an understanding manner.

Respect – Honouring each person’s path and their understanding, beliefs, and boundaries, while honouring my own.

Resilience – Remaining steady and clear in times of challenge, while being able to accompany others through the challenges, but also know when i need to take a step to help them find a reputable professional if this is out of my capabilities

Integrity – Acting in alignment with truth, even when it is not easy. Commitment to being ethical with others including Transparency, honesty and consistency

Learner – Committed to lifelong growth and spiritual development on my own spiritual journey, acknowledging that there is so much more to learn within my spirituality, learning new perspectives and knowing my capabilities.

Accountability – Taking responsibility for how i conduct myself, and my energy within my sessions, as well as being transparent about what i expect and the boundaries that i have put in place.

Self-Respect – Honouring my own limits and inner wisdom as well as caring for my own wellbeing.

Wisdom – Guided by experience, sound judgement, insight, spirit, and deep listening, while being empathic to other needs and experiences.

Discipline – Devotion to my own daily spiritual practice and healing journey so i have more insight and knowledge within my own path to be able to pass on to others.

Openness – Remaining receptive to new insights, feedback, and spiritual truth, never judging anyone or their journey but listening and witnessing their truth with love and compassion.

These Ethics and core principles are a living document and reflect my ongoing commitment to walk my path with authenticity, trust and love.
